MBA Alumni Association Dinner & Cooking Class

Friday, April 15, 2016, 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m.

Come enjoy an evening of culinary instruction, dining and wine-tasting with your fellow MBA alumni! The MBA Alumni Association has organized a cooking class that’s bound to appeal to the foodie in you. 

The event will feature Chef Jaime Fine, Owner and Chef of Lime Leaf Catering.  Jamie is a 2013 graduate of Algonquin College’s Culinary Management Program.  Chef Fine will be cooking the following three courses: 

  • Spiced guacamole with shrimp ceviche; 
  • Seared steak and chimichurri with roasted cherry tomatoes and cold rice pilaf; 
  • White chocolate ganache with raspberry puree and dark chocolate shavings. 

Guests will sample each of the dishes along with three complementary wines chosen by the resident sommelier. A vegetarian option is available.
