Ed Bernacki, Innovation and Change Specialist

What you will learn:

  1. How analytics can support an innovation strategy in large complex organizations.
  2. How to apply elements of the innovation and design toolkit to shape innovative insights that reflect the cognitive bias of users.
  3. How to create a personal plan for building innovation capacity and leading innovative initiatives.

The use of analytics calls for a technical understanding of data and systems that we want to innovate. Often overlooked (until it’s too late) is ensuring that we also develop the skills and capacity to innovate and design solutions for complex organizational challenges. To do so, we need to understand the process of change and innovation.

In this session, innovation and change specialist Ed Bernacki will provide an overview of how innovationists can challenge the status quo and bring innovative ideas to life.
