À propos de la présentation

There is little doubt that the current systems of healthcare delivery in the Untied States are not sustainable, so all agree
that changes need to be made. Nevertheless, thus far such changes have been both difficult and slow. The barriers to
innovation in a large medical center and suggested strategies to help overcome those barriers will be discussed.

Associate Director of the Mass General Heart Center. Dr. Isselbacher is an Associate Professor of Medicine at Harvard Medical
School. He is actively involved in training residents and fellows and was a recipient of the W. Proctor Harvey Young Teacher
